UCSL Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualifications::-

1. Manager (Finance): 

Essential: Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant.

Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience:

A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification managerial experience in

• Shipbuilding or
• Ship Repair or
• Engineering companies or
• Manufacturing Companies or
• Commercial Establishment or
• Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.

Experience should be in the areas of Finance and Accounts.

Desirable: 7 years shall be spent as a team lead or section head in managing the finance function.

2. Deputy Manager (Finance): 

Essential: Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant.

Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience:

A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification managerial experience in

• Shipbuilding or
• Ship Repair or
• Engineering companies or
• Manufacturing Companies or
• Commercial Establishment or
• Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.

Experience should be in the areas of Finance and Accounts.

Desirable: 5 years shall be spent as a team lead or section head in managing the finance function.

3. Deputy Manager (Electrical Design): 

Essential: Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, Primavera etc.

Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification managerial experience in

• Shipbuilding or
• Ship Repair or
• Engineering companies or
• Offshore Fabrication or
• Petrochemical Industry or
• Marine related Engineering Companies or
• Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.

Proficiency in Design Applications such as AutoCAD, Tribon / Aveva / CADMATIC.

Desirable: Experience of working in an ERP / SAP / Computerized environment.
